He has over 30 years experience within the Catering Industry & after successfully running his own Consultants & Relief staff Company for 12 years. He is now heading up Consultancy and Recruitment for Olympus Associates Ltd. He has worked as a Head Chef, Hotel Manager, Licensee & Catering Consultant and is still regular in Chef Whites helping, advising & training in Corporate & Independent operations.
