Plan Food and Beverage Budgets to Achieve Weekly Target Profit Margins
A simple but flexible, powerful tool to help forecast future business.
For each trading week the Forecaster can indicate:
- what levels of business each area should do
- project a food cost for the area and for the week
- a Theoretical Gross Profit based on the expected Sales Mix
The administrator can define exactly what Service Areas they wish to forecast including an average spend and target margin.
The user simply enters the number of covers that they expect to do each day and the Forecaster will calculate the rest. If necessary the default average spends can be altered on a weekly or daily basis depending on what business is booked in.

There is also a Cut Down Forecaster Module which shows what the expected daily revenues are and produces a food budget for the week. It is possible to use this module for the quiet periods of the year but switch to the full version for the busy times.
