Overview

We have extended the existing KitMan System with a system for caterers to select their food and equipment needs for a particular class, function or ward and place a requisition from stores. All requisitions are costed to indicate  the relative costs against budget.  All history is stored so that orders can be quickly repeated, amended and submitted.

The system then collates all of the requirements for a given day or period for the stores to place their orders with external suppliers.

The KitMan System is then used with a tracking facility for ordering, delivery, goods received, stores control, stocktaking.
