Overview

We have extended the existing KitMan System with a system for Lecturers to select their food and equipment needs for a particular class and place a requisition from stores. All requisitions are costed to indicate to the lecturer the relative costs against budget and all history is stored so that orders can also be based upon

The system then collates all of the requirements for a given day or period for the stores to place their orders with external suppliers.

The KitMan System is then used with a tracking facility for ordering, delivery, goods received, stores control, stocktaking.
