The Health and Safety Manual has been prepared using our extensive experience in catering operations of all size plus food manufacture and production. Please Note: It has been accepted by our home authority but it should be checked by your local EHO.

If your organisation has subscribed to an alternative Health and Safety service we can easily disable this function. For some groups we are using KitMan to update and distribute their own Health and Safety Guidelines and Manuals.
