Overview

There are three financial modules to help the caterer plan and track performance on a daily basis.

Rather than wait for the month to end only to be notified by the finance department that you that have not met your budget, KitMan will monitor your progress in a real time environment. It enables you to set realistic targets based on expected business, calculates a food budget to ensure targets are met then tracks sales and purchases on a daily and weekly basis. It shows profitability and performance against budget for the week, period and year to date.

It also compares actual performance against forecast and against the previous year.

The three modules are

• Forecaster - To define budgets, refine against booked business and calculate food spend.
• Sales Tracker - To record actual sales and compare with forecasts.
• Purchase Tracker - To record purchase invoices and show actual performance.
