Accurate recipe cards are rarely kept to hand. This is particularly apparent if you need to use relief chefs to cover holidays or if staff leave when standards and reputations can quickly be effected. Any that are held are certainly out of date possibly reducing profits.
The KitMan System includes a world beating Cost Card system. Each ingredient is linked to your supplier's products. When a price is altered all Cost Cards are automatically updated.
